Brunnello for his characteristics may be conserved for long times (overmore 30 years for example).
To the taste is decidedly armonious and elegance, dry with aromatic persistance.
He’s surely a meditaon wine or otherwise may be accompained to read meat and furry game, but he is excellent with mushrooms, truffles and aged cheeses too (parmesan and tuscan pecorino).
Brunello should be served in big crystal glasses to better appreciate the fragrances and the tastes, with a temperature of about 18-20 degrees Centigrade.
